Property use is at your own risk. The owners of Lake Life Lagoon, its management staff and any other associates is not liable for injury, damages or other losses due to use of the property referred to as Lake Life Lagoon (200 Hillsdale Dr.; Winchester, Tn) or LLL.
Use of the hottub is at your own risk. Children, pregnant women, people with medical conditions, etc. should not use the hottub.
Use of the waterfront- including the boat ramp, dock, tie points and so on is at the risk of the user. LLL does not own the waterfront along Tim’s Ford Lake. The entirety of the lakes shores are owned by the Tennessee River Authority and usage is governed by their laws and regulation. US Coast Guard approved safety equipment is not provided by LLL and rental of the property excludes use of any owners personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, sporting equipment, safety equipment or accessories. Unauthorized use of any of these is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution for trespass and fees for damages.
Use boat dock, ties and ramp on the LLL property at your own risk. They are provided for use with no warrantee, guarantee of availability or function, and LLL is not responsible for damage or harm from use of these amenities. Renters are wholly responsible for any damage to these amenities during their stay.
All powered watercraft, recreational equipment and accessories brought to and used at LLL are the responsibility of the renter. LLL will not be responsible for theft or damage.
Fishing anywhere in Tims Ford Lake, including LLLs waterfront has its own regulations set by the state of Tennessee. The laws include holding of a proper license for anyone over 12 years of age.
The exterior of the home is subject to photo and video monitoring at all times. Video and photos of the exterior of the property may be recorded and shared publicly. Renters should assume no privacy on the exterior of the home during their stay. This policy is in alignment with VRBO and AirBNB privacy policies.
At no time are renters permitted to make modification to the provided internet and/or TV services.
Multiple areas are designated as “Owners Areas”. These areas are not accessible to renters and contain LLL property. Any access or attempts to access will be considered trespassing or theft and will be prosecuted under state and local laws. The renter will be held responsible for damages, any rental losses and legal proceedings.
Be reasonable as you would in your own home and enjoy your stay!
