New owners!

In August 2024 Lake Life Lagoon was purchased by its current owners.  Recognizing a prime property, the Mancuso family from Maryland took advantage of the recently listed home while spending the 4th of July holiday at the lake (in another rental).  They own a number of properties is Maryland including rentals at Deep Creek Lake.  Their success in owning, managing and renting lake properties led to them wanting to expand to other parts of the country while thinking about their eventual retirement.

Lake Life Lagoon had everything they understood to make a perfect rental and even a desirable retirement home for when that day comes.  Due to the property being rented for the holiday they were not able to see the property under a formal showing.  The did many drive-bys both by car and boat while there on vacation.  The made an offer before leaving for home and it was accepted my the sellers.

One unfortunate aspect of a new owner taking over a vacation rental is the review history of the rental is lost.  This was especially unfortunate because Lake Life Lagoon has dozens and dozens of lengthy reviews with over a 4.9 out of 5 star rating.  We are rebuilding the reviews with new renters but the reality is only a small amount of renters bother to leave a review.
